Just took a look at that Reason 4 file, and that's the best simple example there is, although for me the effect is a bit too exaggerated.
Reverb and sidechain is all you really need. I don't use FL, so I'm not sure how to do sidechain in it, but I would imagine thats it's as simple as in Reason.
But yeah, what MOK said is basically it.

In answer yeah reverb some claps and stuff Loool beer
Processing a highly structured and complex pattern of sensory input as a unified percept of "music" is probably one of the most elaborate features of the human brain.....understanding how music is perceived and how it may elicit intense sensations is far from being understood.

yup, reverse clap, tons of reverb, sidechained to a 4x4 kick. instead of sidechaining you could get a similar effect with a quarter note delay i suppose.

'slash thread' means stop fucking posting because the question was already answered as adequately as it could be and anything else would contribute nothing.
Yes I understand the irony of posting again in this thread despite that.

A bit harsh. Try this.
Cut the start off it where the sharp clap/snare hit is. Then reverse the sample and apply delay and reeverb to it. Now reverse it back and re-apply the sidechain and other FX.
