Noises are one of the advantages of real analog.
I uploaded a white noise example (just messing around) with and without fx added HERE

Cool stuff here. What kind of fx did you use on the first sample?

I would say FX wise he's got quite a lot of reverb and possibly a tiny tiny amount of delay, but im not to sure.

You may be referring to the use of an LFO to affect the filter though.

Even some of the better analog VST emulations excel at noise. I get great results from the noise OSC in Arturia Minimoog V.

When you start messing with high resonance settings, ugly artifacts
tend to appear. Not so with analog filters.

So that is the advantage with analog filters you mean. Dry white noise with camelphat sweeping from 80hz-1600hz with resonance all the way up. [[ LINK REMOVED ]]
. I would like to hear dry whitenoise with just filter and resonance from your analog gear if you could be bothered so i can hear the difference.

The camelphat filter is a really good one, so maybe itīs not as bad as
some others. I already have a file up with no effects on it, but I made a new one
without lfo on it, so you can hear it better.

White Noise 3

edit:

and hereīs one with effects on it.
White Noise 4

Beyer, do you sidechain your analogue for the tiestor sound?

On a side note, I actually sidechained some strings yesterday. It led to instant Cressida coolness.
