Smoking ..umm..something

progressive is the shizza of all shizzas... tok me a while to get into it, as it was boring at first.. but then it kinda infects your being. i love how you can ride the groove for hours.. just straight percussion, no need for melodies (although they can be nice too).. i love it dark and tribal, kickin to the "archaic revival" (terrence mckenna reference) stylee..

i dont think you guys should label this stuff anymore, ive tried giving my piece about whats this and whats that and the thread turns out long and theres a big argument, you will also find that djs and producers also hate to be labelled, most of them anyway. So lets try and think for a min.

Music is Music

well sasha and diggers are good but they aint to my tastes, and i like prog trance, they spin progressive (ask psi) matt hardwick spins progressive trance more often than not, as do a few other dj's vagueley (liek the start of armins sets sumtimes, tiesto's starters that sorta thing). its a vague area and some people often get confused on it, but if you want to know about real progressive you are best asking PSi or tu_face

I've backed up from my previous belief that progressive is the new antichrist but I'm just not a fan.

well i really not like progressive, only some deep tracks with some emotional vocals..the only prog. djs i saw were deep dish..they were very nice but just not my style.. as far as for prog. trance i think its nice to hear it in the begining of the set like tiesto do most times..
