I can't change my belt on my pants let alone one on a car.....this is why they have mechanics.

holy shit u guys know your cars. I've been reading up more on the forums I frequent and there are tons of detailed DIYs out there on oil changes (sadly, which I don't do myself), spark plug replacements, valve adjustments, etc. I only recently changed the tires on the car myself for the first time. I had to make sure each nut was torqued properly and everything. LOL felt like such a mechanic even though it was so trivial.
Would love to be able to do more engine work by myself.
I do all the maintenance work on my car such as:
valve adjustments
alignment (front and rear)
brakes
oil changes
Spark plugs
Pretty much everything
I also did all the various mods on my own. They key to it is having a back up plan if you screw up, lol. And also, the manufacturers shop manual.
EDIT:
And also, an easy car to work on. Mine's super easy.

Ahh well I stand corrected on Ford trucks. I don't remember seeing one on my buddies parents Ford Taurus, but I could be wrong.

Undies with a dickhole aren't good for guys. Your balls can get caught in them. That's why I prefer to go over the gate instead of through the fence.

Not so..
Example:
Where that shiny bolt is, is the tension pulley on a VR6 VW.
