Its your opinion of course. But I dont think there is a better singer than Celine Dion ( i mean a wide range of voice[about 4?] ) not only in France but probably in the (comercial) world... She is able to sing almost everything BTW im waiting for your list, like french language very much.

Well, if I have to be all honest, I must say that this Celine Dion song is good for my ears. The Zero Noel track not so much but Celine Dion has a nice voice indeed, although its a bit ala Titanic!
