change your info on the w-2 and you wont have to worry about a refund.

If youre getting a refund, this is what you're doing with the federal and state governments, let me get some of that interest instead of them.

I completely agree that people shouldn't be loaning the gov't any money for free, but a lot of people can't plan well...so for them I usually advise getting back a small refund (less than $400 between state and fed).

It's the people that get back $2k+ that I worry about! (yes, 401k contributions, LLC/Partnerships/S Corps can all skew those amounts, but looking at the majority of people that have a W2 and a little bit of interest income).
