First and foremost, you do need to stay out of alleys. The next time you may not be so fortunate. You can go to the police and describe the guy with the gun, just to see if they have any record on him since then, but as far as your case goes, it is your word against his and they will not do anything to him. Just in case he has continued to do that type of thing, you could help another young girl convict him though.
