Counter-strike:- Most popular, amazing teamwork, just too adictive
Quake 3:- Massive guns and loads of annihlialtion
MOHAA2:- If you like ur WW2 shooters, ull love this
Jedi Knight 2:- Essential for star wars fans -nothing beats beating the hell out of eachother with a lightsable and running up walls
SOF2:- Boring in 1p but multiplayer is great fun
Teamfortress:- classic gameplay that cant be beat

You guys are all forgeting the best one out there. Day of Defeat. DOD is absolutly sick its sooo realistic and the gameplay and graphics are both near flawless, and the level of realism makes it really fun.

Jedi Outcast 2 kicks ass especially the lightsaber battles

Unreal Tournament is the best for absolute mayhem... Only problem is the weapon balance, shock rifle is too powerful/ ripper should be gotten rid of (stupid spam weapon).. etc. The non hitscan weapons are perfectly balanced..

Unreal is good for singleplayer experience. Tribes2 I found boring. Quake series is too ugly, although it plays well like UT.

if you like strategy and teamwork, or free for all, and getting dead after one shot.

Counter Strike =

if you like repetitive but fun games, watch out for alot of cheating though.

Tactical Ops =

..like counter-strike, but better graphics, and worse gameplay.

Jedi Knights 2 =

I dont know how people could possibly like this game...

CS but thats only if you got good internet and alot of time on your hands
