no shit, so why spend money on it now and call it emergency stimulus???? focus on what got us in this mess(which is housing, then they can work on freeing up the credit) if people are losing their homes they cant afford to go spend money.

also, all they are going to do is hire a bunch of Mexicans to go and build the bridges and buildings anyways. so there goes all the jobs they are talking about.
