OH man I had an amazing time there! Like most of you said, Martin Roth and The Thrillseekers had awesome sets. I wished that night would've kept going! Marco V's set was decent... but, I miss the Marco V from 2 years ago. Anybody know what remix of Love Lockdown he played?

Honestly, I thought from looking at Google Streetview images from the hotel that this was going to be a small venue, but it was definitely much bigger than I thought. It was also pretty cool to see that there were additional rooms in there, however I was in the main room most of the time. The sound was great till the clipping occured and the lighting was excellent... and u guys that know me know I love taking pictures of lights and lasers!

Speaking of the clipping. Halfway through Marco V's set, I decided to go to the balcony to check out the view from up there. Eventually I made it all the up to the front of the balcony, right above the DJs and behind the main speakers. Looking at the mixer during his set i saw he was constantly redlining it. Actually, I dont even remember seeing it drop to yellow. The same thing with The Thrillseekers set. To be honest, up there where I was it didnt sound too bad since I think I was mostly listening to the Booth speakers versus the main ones since I was behind them. Ah, I guess hanging out up there saved some of my hearing for the night...

The crowd.... I have NEVER seen such a friendlier crowd at a massive like this in So Cal! I think part of this was the fact that the venue was packed, but not sardine-can packed. I was able to move around the main floor easily. Props go to Skills for not being greedy and overselling the event. Even at the front I wasn't being shoved around into sweaty bodies. In fact, I was taking pics from about 3 rows back during Marco V's set and some people moved out of the way so that I could come to the front row to take pics! I have never seen that down here. Again, I was impressed. Great job guys, I plan on coming back again!

Oh yeah, great to see you Michelle and Greg here as well as at Aly & Fila the night before! You guys always make it on stage! I need connections like you!

EEEEEKK!! I wasn't sure if you were going to that event or whatever. Yeah you should have called me, haha. I ended up having dinner at Sushi Hana, a few blocks down. I was craving Tempura Ice Cream. I got in kinda late, not that late tho. but I was front and center with Michelle and Greg when we were there for Martin Roth and some of Marco V.

Ya. We ended up gettin tickets that morning for it. I was with indamix99 but he went up to go meet you guys and I stayed back with the other people we came with. How was Sushi Hana? We went to Sushi Rock that night and it was pretty godd, and not pricy at all.

LOL, yes they are my great and awesome friends. You'll always see me with them. ;] I remember you. I was the one wearing the Thrillseekers(and Rank 1) tops.
