The one thing that shits me about many kinds of metal music more than anything is that it's all about image "like yeah i'm gonna listen to music that makes me feel tough like a medieval warrior" whereas in reality the guys listening to it are antisocial fucktards who've been losers all their lives and need to listen to some noisy shit about blood and corpses and whatnot to make themselves feel powerful.
that and the fact that from a musical point of view a lot of it sucks.
Kinda like crappy fantasy fiction.. it's pure escapism and shitty literature.
