From what I understand the other guy was not much more than a button-pusher for some samples, drums, etc. Although I can't say I'm very impressed with Ottaviani's latest works. I'll be representin', nonetheless. |
To me there was just some type of magic with their chemistry together. I loved them together, but now I can't even say I like one or the other.
Guiseppe isn't too bad, but from the set's I've heard he wrecks often but his track selection isn't bad so there's room for improvement. If he didn't use the same VST in like every one of his songs then may be I would appreciate him more. I get it...it's his signature sound, but it's time to give it a rest. When 80% of the songs by an artist begin to sound the same that is when I focus my attention elsewhere.
Nonetheless, I will prob check this out anyway just to give him a chance and see what he can do live all on his own.

Me too I'm just glad I got the chance to catch them perform together a few times before the split.
