Take a look at newegg.com or tigerdirect.com. If there is an OEM version available for the software you're considering, they'll most likely have it and it will be legit. If not, then you'll probably be buying cracked software. If you're not sure, email the software manufacturer a link to the OEM seller's website - they'll tell you if it's legit.
