I'll check my copy later today.

EDIT: apart from the gold-like colour of the disc, my copy ticks all the boxes as well. Bought it from a proper shop, so mine's definitely not fake (it's Fake, though).

Thanks for the help, I've taken another look at the disc in a good light and I think I was imagining the gold tint. I showed the cd to my brother who thought the quality of the booklet, the sharpness of the text on the sleeve (in contrast to the low res background picture) and the artwork on the cd itself all looked professional.

This thread has been anal and geeky but it looks like problem solved so thanks
