As n3lly said its nice owning toys and I've always believed music is the best investment you can make. On a practical note however once I get my room soundproofed I'll be starting a mastering/mixdown service which is where this thing will really shine.

3) omega: of course you can =) in fact I can't wait to rock some Chicago summer rooftop parties with this thing...

4) I think I'll skip the crossfader/eq/filter add-ins (it already has hp filters!), I mix in the box in ableton with midi anyway so I'm getting this more for the fun of playing with vinyl...and of course it will add some massive front-end to my tracks/mixes.

5) the s6 is for pussies, I wanted the valve tubes. unfortunately, I got an older version that only has tubes on channels 5+6 and not all 6 =( something tells me I'll still manage to survive though...
