I'd say Behringer Truth. They are surprisingly good for their low price. They can be compared with some more expensive monitors. The people who say that they suck is plain crazy imo. Sure, they may not be the best on the overall monitor market, but still really good for their price. I've had them myself for years now and I still like them. I have worked / listened to many monitors that are way more expensive but I still think the Truth's are worth a buy if you're short on cash.
