Well it wasn't anti-trance by my opinion. It was more progressive trance. Markus was the best prog trance DJ back in the day and he played the very best of the sub-genre
Now definitely he's not the real Schulz!

funny u guys say that - i always thought Armin tried to hard to be like Markus.

Markus came in playing prog - remember the ASOT ID&T days.. Armin started playing prog.

Markus plays 100x harder than Armin ever will. They may play *some* of the same tracks but Armin is waaay too fluffy.

But yes.. it seems like radio shows were better when they were longer and when it wasn't filled with sooo many wannabe producer - dj's.. Rememberr Armins XXL XL shows! They were always massive and great!
