sadly, scot project got caught up in japan an couldn't make it
here's the story:
scot project was playing in japan on the 30th (japan is like a day ahead of us or something) then after that show he was supposed to come to calgary and play a canada day rave (which was also scheduled for the 30th) the story is that there were some riots and shit in japan and he wasn't able to make his flight or something
i was super-choked cause scot project was the main reason why i bought a ticket
but dj mea (who is super-major hot) and cosmic gate filled the void nicely and brought the house down

Yeah, I really wasn't expecting Scot Project to show because I knew he was booked for Japan the night before and didn't think he could make it... especially with the World Cup Final. But Cosmic Gate... WOW WOW WOW!!! Mea and Suzy Solar were wikkid but Bossi & Chagall stole the show, naturally. Hilights were the opening (exactly like their TE set with the intro and Firewire), Madagascar and We Know What You Did. All the DJs were so into it as well. The foghorn brought back memories of Tiesto... all in all a spectacular night.

with what they had set up for lights, i know the lighting could've been a lot better
turn the laser off for a bit and use the lighting to it's full potential
the sound was good, they had some issues at the start of dj mea's set, but after that it was good
all in all i had a good night except for no scot project
