Yeah I already began, right now I am learning how to beat matching similar sounding songs such ass 1999, and skipper. (tech house)
Those little djing for dummies videos on youtube were a great help as well.

haha....and to think before I started mixing I read everything there was to read about the subject....and this was before spending $250 total for an old well used mixer, old used headphones, a used turntable and a open box turntable, and a small lot of used records off ebay , to use with my $20 computer speakers. That was 7 years ago, and I still would love to have the setup this dude has...
Anyway, to answer your original question - you have to do something called "riding the pitch". This is where every time you hear it start to go out of sync, you change the pitch momentarily to get it back on. Or on your crazy CDJ-1000's you can slowly move the jog wheel, and if you're off enough move the pitch slider slightly too so that it takes longer to happen again. With practice, you will hear it go out of sync way before anyone else does, so to everyone else it sounds good.
But for now just focus on getting the pitch as close as possible before bringing in the second track by beatmatching. With CDJ-1000's you should be able to get it basically spot on, since they have a very high pitch resolution. You could easily go 2 or 3 minutes mixed without having to touch anything if you beat matched well enough.
