In all seriousness, I have no problem with dickheads who want to get naked. It's not a big issue to be seeing genitals at an overage event, however disgusting they may be.

However, while "the crime" itself is fairly minor and probably doesn't warrant punishment, I think they gave him more than adequate warning before using force. They made every attempt to get his clothes on before finally resorting to the taser. He deserved everything he got.
