Footwork is a tough club for Luke to play in. It’s definitely a bang it out room. Lee played some really cool deep tech to start but as the peak time approached he really started to fire it up, which definitely had the floor jumping.

The way I heard it, Luke continued right on from there for the first 45min or so of his set. He then tried to go a little funkier for a couple tracks, but the floor thinned quite quickly so he returned to the more driving stuff until the last call crew had went home.

The last couple hours were purely for the Luke Fair hardcores, smoothing it out with some really groovy stuff that had me dancing with no inhibition for the first time in a Toronto club in a long time. It was super fun.

Loved the annual reunion that occurs only when Luke throws down; awesome to see so many familiar faces out and about again.

Ok time for my review ….

We got in and lee Osborne was already on and I must say I haven’t really given him much of a chance since VIVA and I was pleasantly surprised it was a lot of fun and he seemed to have the place in a very good place … Luke Fair I enjoyed immensely until about 3:30 when the vibe started to get quite strange … I got to hear a lot of tunes I wanted but honestly wasn’t my favorite luke fair set ive heard …

But it was certianlly great to meet Ryan and Dan ( I will see you in Cambridge )

But I must say it was “One of those nights”

Memorable moments were:

“Your Ruining Luke Fair “ … LOL

and our Mc Donalds Shit Show Afterwards …. “ Lets Take a picture of the dead girl” lol videos coming soon….

So when will you stop engineering chemicals & things & join the fray again?

So finally time for my review.

Lee played really well, funky and bouncy... but brought it up to a huge level before Luke came on which I didn't feel fit right. Luke tends to tell a story with his sets, start out funky, bouncy and moves on in to the sexy housy beats. I was wondering how Luke would flow into Lee he normally starts to his sets are a bit slower and I was afraid the crowd would die out.

Wrong.

"He started over" and brought it to his own style. This wasn't my favourite Fair set I've heard, but he did pick some great tracks throughout the night. Crowd looked kind of lost for a small period of time as he slowed it down, but then then around he turned it again for the last couple hours. He brought it up and banged it out once again till the bitter end.

Always a great time when Luke's in town.

We lit that back of the room on fire!
