The arrangement is certainly nothing unique, but I agree with A-Ross. Although I am by no means an officianado, out of every EDM track I have heard over the past couple of years, it's the one that has stayed with me the most. The attention to the detail in the mix is stunning, and every time I listen to it I hear something different. To me this is pretty typical of Voorn's work, from Balance 014, to his live sets, he seems to be able to maintain a great deal of energy and interest without sounding cheesy or repetitive. Just my opinion!

Regarding his laptop, I read an interview with him and I got the impression that he loves his hardware, so I doubt this is where he does the bulk of his work. I have read a lot of comments from producers that they use their laptops/notebooks as a kind of production notepad, whilst completing the serious business in a proper studio. I am certainly no expert so just a guess!

No quetion the track was a great remix, like many others i guess its all down to opinion in the end. That said has anyone heard his essential mix recently? Now that is something to listen to.

Agreed. Great track, still play it from time to time on mixes.

So sick of dark flower and he bored me when I saw him live. Couldn't build a set to save himself. Still one of the most innovative and best artists of the last 10 years though. From a Deep place, balance 014 and Dark Flower probably prove that.

listen to dark flower on speakers then in headphones and you'll hear what i'm talking about
