In Benny Benassi's songs Who's Your Daddy and Satisfaction, he creates a low-pitch, guttural almost growling sound that very pleasing. Can anyone identify specifically how he creates that?
i don't find that guttural sound amusing, makes me wanna turn off my monitors

I know this might be a little mean, but I really am beginning to resent these "How do I get this cool noise made by this semi-famous/famous artist?" threads.

Analog. Definitely Analog.
Trilogy will do the trick , although Vanguard and other virtual analog should work as well.
Get a sawtooth ,
Eq it ,
then sidechain a reverb to it.

Does anyone remember how back in the day this exact question was asked 3 times a week? Now the same question's asked but you just replace benni with Deadmau5. Ah... the wheel of time...
Sounds like a Virus, Z3ta has a patch called Virus, that can do something similar, but doubt it can sound as big.

That bass sound from Satisfaction was originally created with a Nord Lead, it is a Saw wave with loads of portamento/glide on... with some extreme compression on.
