Ok this one will be short. The OP mistook the Beat as Dubstep, so with a slight hyperbole I said the beat is more of a cross between New York Hip Hop, British Rock, and Jazz, and not Dubstep. The bassline, which wasn't part of the beat structure description is something you would find in Progressive Breaks, Prog House, Laurent Garnier's Techno, and DnB, not Jazz. But i'll be nice and excuse your lack of reading comprehension or context analysis skills.
