1) that was an act of Congress. read the frikken act.
2) that, by no means, makes it immune to court challenge...which btw is being done as we speak.

she will remain impartial (we can hope because that is the inherent nature of all civilized jurisprudence) throughout the challenge regardless.

I just noticed the thread title included "Obama's America..."

Obama's america sounds a little dictator(ish) and rather undemocratic. I don't want to live in Obama's america anymore than I wanted to live in Bush's america.
