Does anyone know if call forwarding is included with all voice plans?

i never get charged for it, and this week i got charged $2.20. yeah i know its petty, but call waiting, forwarding and 3 way were never billed to me.

is forwarding now part of it now?

Amazing how cellphone technology in Canada seems to be moving backwards rather than forwards.

Charging for something that used to free and that is embedded into their GSM communications channel anyway. Sigh.
