He wasn't taking Clomid. He was taking hcG, which has similar effects to Clomid.
Coincidentally, hcG builds up in a woman's urine stream when she's pregnant. Pregnancy test kits function by detecting these heightened levels.
Maybe Manny was just into watersports with pregnant women?
