I still remember the major drama promoters went through about 9 years ago to bring Mills to mtl/toronto... thankfully he has a different agent now.

well not sure where in Toronto he was supposed to play at the time, Sona had him booked on the Friday night though. The promoters ended up airing the agent's dirty laundry when they had to announce the cancellation on short notice because of the 'circumstances'... I doubt Mills was even aware of what was going on at the time but basically after that his agent claimed he would never play in Canada again (and then when he played at Aria in 2004 he had another agent it seems).

Wow, amazing booking. Too bad I won't be here that weekend.

Jeff Mills is nuts though. Although he stank it up at DEMF 2 years ago, I saw him in France last year and it was literally one of the best sets I've ever heard. Probably in the top 10. The things he was doing with the mixer and the records is giving me goosebumps as I think about it right now. The whole night, I was laughing in disbelief at what I was hearing.

When this guy is on, he's untouchable.
