Do I like the album? Honestly, I have heard better although I do believe that this is a very good album. My reasons for this are because of the wide variety o genre's that it comes across to and the appeal that it has to audiences. So all in all if I were you I would buy it, to me its worth the money. Althought do not just take my word for it. Go to www.amazon.com and listen to samples from the album before buying it.

Has anyone seen "The Bourne Identity"? I went and saw the film last night and it actually features "Ready Steady Go" (or at least a non-vocal version of the song) during the infamous car chase scene. Just thought I'd point that out in case anyone is interested. Later kids.

I DL'd some of the songs, and said no thank you. Not really my thing. BUT... it wasn't terrible, just not my style.

Ive been listening to Bunkka Solid for 4 days now and I cant understand why people bitch about this. The Album is so diverse and uplifting in such a new way. First time I heard Ready Steady go... I think i left it on repeat for a good 3 hours.

Bitch all you like, but Oaky is a god!

For all those out there who hate the album, at least respect the album as testament to the power of a DJ. I mean, he gotten Hunter S. Friggin Thompson on the CD! What other artist for any genre of music can you recall that has the ability to recruit such a diverse "cast" for an album. If anything we should be raving because I think that as soon as his album gets a little more air time, people may seek out not only Oaky's other music, but also other DJs and maybe Trance will start to break out of it's little club shell. I know that Paul Oakenfold was the first real Trance DJ I ever listened too, and really got me into the music.

Personally, I think this album is going to create a new era of trance/techno music. It may not be typical Oaky, but it's still good.

Keep it alive!

Sorry bud but people are too mindless here in the states for shells to be broken. As long as we have the RIAA and MTV pushing crap down everyones throats, they will eat it. Lately it has all been about hip hop and rap. Oakey isnt going to change any of that.

Paul Oakenfold is really nervracking, and his tracks are
pissing the hell out of me. I mean, too many vocals in his cd
get quite annoying, especially when Nelly Furtado starts singing
in one of those songs, and also when ICE CUBE, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ICE CUBE A FREAKING RAP ARTIST WITH A TRANCE DJ? Yeesh, I think Paul
Oakenfold smoking alot of crack

I stopped by and listened this cd in a big cd store in Van today. These tracks didn't hit my heart, so I didn't buy it. If you think that this is the new style from Oakie, it will be the different story. Feel this way so that you don't have to be really disappointed.

I like "Fresh (Tiesto Mix)" with Jan Johnston.
