Yeah but is that not just pure TA sinisism?
All my producing life I have wanted to make a piece like that but didnt know how and didnt have the skills to find out how. So right now for the moment as a piece of art which is what tracks are so long as you dont produce them for profit which in 3 years I havent made any money so not expecting to make money from it this time. It is what I intended it to be. If I look away then change it it will loose something of its identity as an "of the moment" piece for me.
Once you paint a painting if after a month you realise you could have shaded a shadow better do you take it out the gallery and paint over? No, because it is what it is, and sometimes little imperfections or maybe just individual ways of doing things is what gives a piece its character.
I just thought for once instead of making something that I believe, for me, is perfect and then letting some people critisise it against their own tastes forgetting that art is subjective and changing it all round to suit several conflicting opinions on how it "should" sound. That this time I would just say loud and proud "I am happy with one of my productions"
LOL proper street corner rant should have started "come one come all I've a tale of art to tell ye all"

Processing a highly structured and complex pattern of sensory input as a unified percept of "music" is probably one of the most elaborate features of the human brain.....understanding how music is perceived and how it may elicit intense sensations is far from being understood.
