The functionality and informing people through a website that's easy to use is far more important than looks when it comes to an event like this.
If the organizers do a good job in keeping everyone informed, that's all anyone wants. The more updates they give everyone as things progress through their website, twitter, etc, the better...people love this stuff and could help spread interest.
They need to work on travel packages adn get them up ASAP.
Also prob need to start teasing some acts, it's 4 months away....people have to make travel plans if they see acts they like...
Just pointing out these two or three things because it's something they largely haven't down well the past few years. Last year we started hearing acts by now, I think , and anticipation started building. Sure it helped with the incredible turnout last year (I still say it was 125,000+ and not the low estimate I think that's out there).
