Well, you prob want two machines for everything...a video + audio broadcast should have its own machine unless it's a PIMP machine (4-core or more...or the new Intel i7 CPU...I mean, if you want superior results... ..if you have a machine powerful enough (and have an ASIO capable audio input so you can use the line-in on the audio card in two seperate applications), you can do both the video+audio stream and the audio only stream.
If you have that, just use Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE) and justin.tv....both free things!
This way, you can tell it to use the video fromt he camera however it's going into the machine and then what audio to use.....
Login to the Justin.tv server (through the software. Setting up for use with Justin.tv is super easy) through FMLE, and press start...
And you can tell it to record the live .FLV stream being output to its own FLV file.
