The circumstances in this case were that a grown adult was preying on a minor with a disability and viciously trying to inflict emotional, mental, and spiritual pain on this little girl. I'm sure if you had a family member who had a disability and was being stalked by a psycho you might feel a little bit differently. (Statement directed at those making light of this case).

Feeling differently doesn't make the freedom of speech invalid. And the fact she had a disability means the parent's are especially at fault for either not getting her the right help and/or for not monitoring her more closely. Please note that I am not defending that ****'s actions, they were deplorable, but I am defending the constitution. And just because I make jokes does not mean my points are invalid and/or I don't believe in what I'm saying. My points are invalid because I'm a babbling drunk idiot...or ARE/AM they/I?
