I dunno man, it could be worse. A low humming in your rear? THAT'S something to worry about.

Yes, but I can imagine something like that developing from a mild irritation to something outright maddening, given its persistence over a sufficiently long period of time.

The BBC article concerning 'the hum' that was linked earlier mentions a suicide in the UK that was linked to it.

I'm sorry, were you actually taking my post seriously?

I didn't notice it said 'rear.'

So I read it in such a way that it seemed like you were mocking his original complaints.

And if there was anything witty left in that joke, this post has officially sucked the life out of it.

No, it's cool. There was nothing witty to begin with. All good.

Christ that's a long random thread.

I'm read about that Taos Hum and all that stuff.

It's gone at the moment but seriously I'd rather pay $25k not to have that permanently.

The good news is I have a new love for my Tinnitus that i have (it's not that severe yet).

Was just wondering though if anyone on here had ever had it happen to them

trippy! kind of like the time I was up at 5 am trying to fall asleep, I heard the sound of high pitched adult voices kind of laughing/speaking and shit. kind of like when you have a tape box tracking up and down, changing tones...

It totally stopped the second I threatened them with my reptar nightlight. but for real, I was too tired to give a damn
