Maybe I'm weird but vocoder on vocals almost always sounds played-out to me. I like using it on drums or other instruments, though.

Sounds good, dont know if id use it on vocals, probably something else that would be interesting with a vocoded effect on it, like strings.

You're not weird lol. I rarely use a vocoder on vocals, a lot of people seem to forget that they can also work with leads, drums......well, anything really.
