Would you guys consider this drum and bass?

That surprises me, I have never really known what genre it is, but I wouldn't have picked that.

Meh, I still love this tune. I have the album and it's pure cheese, but a really good listen start to finish. I really enjoy chucking it on in the car when I'm in the mood for something not too serious.

the intro to this track is what pumped me up the most as a kid

Cool song though, takes me back to my childhood.

freestyler is drum & bass, the same way girls aloud' sound of the underground is drum & bass, s.o.t.u. ripped off puretone - addicted to bass and freestyler rips every aphrodite record ever made. they just toned the jumpup thing down a teeny bit.

Reminds me of when I used to watch Rage and video hits.

It's drum 'n bass, albeit slightly slower than most. I've heard it dropped in drum 'n bass sets.
