Usually there is a set timeframe people have to lay claim to something.
this is why it works to claim in divine right everything and work from there.
The reason to report it to police is that in most cases the absence of finders laws means that it is owned by the state.
Although a specific jurisdiction may allow or disallow certain uses of public property. This can vary on a conventions basis or writ.
bear in mind all US currency is property of the federal reserve, and as weird as it may seem be reclaimed.. total bs anywho. |
