lol... i completely understand what you're talking about. I couldn't believe the scumbags that came to my place could even afford to buy fast food, let alone furniture.

My CL selling experiences have been overwhelmingly effective and straightforward, mainly because I did the best I could to ensure that it would be this way during the emails and phone calls beforehand.

The only hiccup I experienced was when someone tried to dump the generic Chinese HDJ1000's knock off's on me for 60 bucks, which is, again, something I could have avoided running into in the emails beforehand, but I was in something of a rush at the time.

I don't know why, but I have this irrational fear that some weird dude from my past is going to show up at my door to buy my shit...and that he ends up stalking me and I have to move and/or get a restraining order.

i've been able to successfully sell every time.
