losing weight is easy. cut out the carbs and fatty foods. next, do cardio.. lots of cardio. It's hard at first as you'll have no stamina and it's boring as fuck.. but it'll start getting easier pretty quickly.
if all else fails, try clenbuterol

wrong about the cardio, lifting weights is essential first; then, you incorporate the cardio, you can lose weight but if you have no muscle and just pure fat left there is no purpose in losing it then

I have been doing Survivor Boot camp for the past two weeks in Sauga and I love it. It's early in the morning 6am-7am 5 days a week for 4 weeks BUT holy crap it's amazing! I love it, check it out if you want..

A good diet (eating every 2-3 hours) with a few carbs and lotsa protein, No sugar just fruits, cardio and some muscle training is all you need for a well balanced lifestyle...healthy choices

honestly it's hard and definitely brutal...but after the 1st week it has been a breeze. Especially after I started seeing a difference I found myself more motviated
