Ahh my mistake. That's stupid then. I thought it was basically buying the rights to use any part of the tracks.

Though I think you get a few songs with the purchase? Still, stupid.

Copyright violations run rampant in this industry. It may not be expressly allowed to use them as you please but actual copyright enforcement is lax due to the resources required to prosecute and be monetarily compensated.
