Waves RenVerb and Wave Arts MasterVerb are my go-to reverbs for general use. The Wave Arts is really nice, but if you demo it, pay little attention to the presets - they aren't that great IMO. You really have to dive in with a default sound and start tweaking. For layered effects (esp. for vocals), I also use Warmverb a lot.

I have tried most soft reverbs, for Trance production, my favorite algorithmic reverb, is Audio Damages new EOS, it has 3 algo's, 2 plates and a superhall, sounds awesome and its cheap costing.

my 2nd fav is BReverb, it sounds very nice and warm, but, lately I only use EOS, it can do anything for my needs. It even has a freeze function for extended effects.

For a non IR reverb nothing beats CSR (IMO). Alternative would be Breverb.

Nobody here uses ArtsAcoustic Reverb????? Incredible, it has the best and clear sounding in my opinion.

I use BlueVerb for 90% of my Verbs. It's easy to use and produces great sounds in my opinion. The presets are solid, and tweaking it is easy yet effective as hell.

I use the ArtsAcoustic Reverb and I couldn't be happier,its very flexible and has a great sound.

Aside from the AudioDamage plug Rob papen has just cme out with a verb called RP-Verb which should be worth checking out.

And maybe see what D16s Toraverb is like. I've not tried it but D16 are a solid bunch of programmers and it should be very musical.

I've tried D16 Toraverb, it sounds good, the only problem is that it's a damned cpu hogger.
Here on Logic/AU, in low quality mode (D16 Toraverb default), it consumes 3 times more cpu resources than the ArtsAcoustic Reverb in hight quality mode (ArtsAcoustic Reverb default).

D16 Toraverb comes with nice presets, this may impress on a first look, but if you tweak the ArtsAcoustic Reverb a bit you'll get much best results with an incredible transparent sounding.

ArtsAcoustic Reverb still my favouite!
