In fact most of the mods I have talked to wonder why he is even a mod in the first place. Seeing that the only reason he is one is cause Swamper asked for someone to volunteer as a COR mod and he did he has no other qualifications than that.

Since when do you need qualifications to be a mod? It's a volunteer job, that's all it is.

Usually there is some vetting that goes on in determining if the person is competent and not bat shit insane.

If it was strictly a volunteer job then I'd have volunteered long ago.
