haha! You know that Chili's off of Semoran kinda by UCF? I found a long strand of hair in a cheesesteak sandwich and the manager acted all skeptical like I fucking put it in there myself! I wanted to kick him in the face. It pained him to take it off my bill. WTF!

Which reminds me of another time... at Bonefish.... my wife had the Prince Edward Island mussels, and they were fucking rubbery and nasty like they were 2 days old. She told the manager and asked him to take it back, not even requesting another appetizer in its place. He also acted skeptical, so she asked him to try it himself. He pulled the "I don't understand... I had some earlier tonight and they were perfect" line. I've seen managers do that shit a bunch of times. "Well, I had some today already and they were fine." Yeah right! Such a transparent lie.
