Tell her that she can't treat her kids like she's treated herself; ie. eating McDonalds and Wendys and Taco Bell all the time. Tell her to go to the fucking grocery and buy good healthy food and make herself worthwhile for once in her life. she needs to start with herself and that is going to be hard. she doesn't like to cook and she doesn't have a sophisticated pallet at all. her idea of "cooking dinner" is making hamburger helper. no joke.

it sucks because my sister is one of those fat chicks that would be HOT if she was skinny. she would blow me away if she was skinny. she's got the biggest blue eyes and thick long eye lashes and a little nose and just a really pretty face.

i wish i lived close to her i would pay for her gym membership and go with her and help her plan meals and teach her how to cook. not that i'm little miss fitness queen but i'll do it if it would help her and my nephew and neice.

i honestly think that she wants her daughter to be fat like she was. isn't that fucked?

It doesn't sound like your sis has very much self respect. All the gyms in the world aren't going to do that for her. And she won't be able to commit to that lifestyle without it.

i know that's why it's discouraging for me. a part of me is like "fuck it jamie she's never going to change". and i should just try to be as much of an influence in my nephew and niece's lives as i can.

thank god my mom is over there and they spend weekends with her sometimes. my mom says my nephew LOVES carrots and dip and sushi and everything my mom feeds him that is healthy. maybe once he's older and in middle school he'll just say "mom i dont like this shit" and she'll be forced to start buying healthier stuff.
