Not real-robbed, but fake-robbed by someone who duplicated my debit card and spent $999 at a Macy's (IIRC) in Dallas.

My bf teaches a class of little punks who do this kind of shit, mostly expelled students/teens who have been to jail.

Yesterday he took the older ones to the YMCA for a workout during school hours, and he tries to be as personable with them as possible so he took them for a ride and let them blast their thug music in his new car. They all love him for it and he's pretty much the only teacher that they respect and don't mouth off.

Anyway they were stopped at a red light downtown and some little thugged out white dude walked up to the car and said "yo nigga, you got a smoke for a brotha?" or something like that

well one of the kids got out of my bf's car and started kicking the shit out of him apparently they were from rival gangs or something

my bf had to get out of the car, in the middle of day time traffic and break up the fight

yea my dad had credit card fraud happen to him too. they spent 10k in 2 days, including getting a tattoo. i was so pissed when my dad didnt really take any initiative to find out who they were. he got his money/credit limit back but i kept arguing with him and telling him to go to the tattoo place and get a description and stuff.

I never found out who the person was, either. In any case, the person who spent the money was probably not the person who duplicated the card. As I understand it, the card duplicators often sell the duplicates to poor immigrants.

that's really cool that your boyfriend does that. my boyfriend looked at me like i had 3 heads when i told him i wanted to volunteer at an animal shelter or a childrens hospital because i had so much time on my hands. lol he's such a fucking french canadian when it comes to that stuff....has to be money involved in his effort and time or else he's not interested.

*edit* oh wait is it his job or does he do this to volunteer?

Only crime I've been a victim of was when our garage got broken into when I was home alone. Bastards stole about £10k worth of our stuff (mountain bikes, ride on lawnmower, garden tools etc.) and, rather ironically, some friends antique family heirloom garden furniture that we were looking after for safe keeping whilst their house was being re-done. They almost burned down the garage in process though, putting a blanket over the security which heated up like a bitch. I found it smouldering on the floor about three hours later.

Weird thing was I didn't hear anything, even though my bedroom overlooked the garage and the curtain and window were open and we had a gravel driveway. It would have taken about three people and a low load trailer to move that lawnmower. Still don't know how I didn't hear a thing...f'in bastards.

The one guy that was hittin me with a stick or a pole or something refused to put it down when the police come. One of the officers said to me dont worry son (i was 15) that kid is about to fall over and "accidently" break his arm just you watch.

The wierdest thing was it was on CCTV and I had to watch it in court seeing my head flying about like a football was not fun. i didnt go down though must have been the adrenaline.

Where was this?

I remember being up late at night at University and one of my friends came back into the halls of residence late one night absolutely enraged. I asked what was up and he said that he got jumped by about three lads and whilst he was sorting them out one of them landed in his kebab I told him I thought he was full of shit and he walked me outside and these lads were knocked out on the pavement just down the road. He was pissed because of his kebab and the shop was about half a mile down the road I guess that's what happens when scrawny teenage punks pick on a 6'5" rugby player.

oh trust me, he don't do this shit for free

he finished his EA diploma because he always wanted to work with children with Autism, but he's worked at a lot of different schools now and the Board wanted him at this school because he's amazing with fucked up little punks

This is his fulltime job. He volunteers with Autistic kids still though <3

oh ok. but still. my bf doesn't understand the concept of helping others. he's a self centered little prick but just not when it comes to me/us, so that's how we manage to stay together lolol

lololol

sometimes I wish my bf was a little more selfish because it would make me feel better when I'm being that way.
He always speaks his mind though, like he will tell people off if he thinks they are out of line or are neglecting their responsibilities. Like the time I was buying a laptop and the sales guy was trying to con me or something... omg my bf let him have it lol

He always manages to do it with such fairness and respect though
So cool-headed and I'm totally jealous of that

When I was in 5th grade my Huffy bike got stolen. The next day I went to the pool to find it locked up on the bike rack. I called the cops and they cut the lock and I rode it home!
