Sadly this seems to be the trend with most remix comps these days. It truly is a sad state of affairs.

Of course they're going to charge. Selling the thought of becoming famous to a bunch of bedroom DJ turned bedroom producer types has got to be more lucrative than selling shit music on beatport to a bunch of people who don't pay for music anyway.
