Fried! ... with shit loads of bacon, sausages, toast, a few fried mushrooms and some baked beans and a 44 gallon bucket of coffee. Most enjoyable when you've just rolled out of bed on a sunday morning, after a hard day's snow boarding and a 15 pint Guinness session the night before.

Alter egg

Sunny side up! Anyway, here are two good things to do with eggs:
macaroni omlet (make a normal macaroni, and after it's done, bake it with eggs, as if it was a omlet - simple, exotic and delicious). This is some sort of recipe my family brought from Italy, and I've never met anyone who didn't like it. Has anyone ever tried?
Try it with lamen! Lamen (aka miojo) is very popular here in Brazil, but most of us eat just with some industrial flavouring. I've eaten it already with sunny side up and hard boiled egg in it - both taste delicious. Some (not too much) shoyu on it would be good too, and there's some sort of seaweed thay may be used, but I can't remember its name - does anyone here know it?
