It may not be work related but if anyone goes to Sherway gradens in etobicoke, you can be fine smoking on their property. That includes smoking in your car. Although, if you smoking scross any street of the mall that is okay, sherway parking lot included.
Its part of their green health initiative. If any emloyee of the mall is caught, they get a verbal warning. If an emloyee has 2-3 verbals, they are suspended from the mall for a month; which includes no work for a month. I wouldn't be surprised if they are terminated upon reinstatement.

Just think....anybody who uses their vehicle for work purposes could be fined under this law...the pizza delivery guy, real estate agents, courier drivers....the list goes on and on.

id love to see a private company try to fine me with private company rules. At most all they can do is ask someone to leave. Poor customer relations if you ask me.
