i like what Atlanta management did, and kept their nucleus set the past couple of years with Bibby, Smith, Johnson, and Horford. Atlanta is building around their top 4, and it's working for them. I see them the future of the East's beast for the next 4 to 6 years as long as they keep that nucleus intact.

Any team in the NBA has a chance of being great. It all starts with decent players but the most important is chemistry. You keep a team together for 2-3 seasons showing sings of progress then you get the Atlanta hawks. Now we see its the bucks and possible the clippers. That was a big win for them over the Nuggets last night. My new main man is Chris Kaman(21 pts/ almost 9 rebs a game)

Orlando is happy to get vince. He still got a couple more good seasons and he is happier to be on a very strong team just like anyone else would.(Pau Gasol is a great example of that)

the clippers actually played decent last night. i see them looking fair by making their nucleus kaman, griffin, gordon, and thornton. baron davis and camby are considered the "seasoned" guys to circle around the nucleus. but if they keep their top 4 young talent, they could be going to higher ground, for once.

as for the bucks, i see their nucleus as bogut, meeks, jennings, and mbah a moute. bogut and jennings have shown signs they can play great. meeks still needs some time to grow, but we all know he can play significantly well looking at his kentucky wildcat days. i see mbah a moute as the defensive stopper with his long arms, and don't see him putting him major points on a nightly basis.

if you asked me who has better upside in the next 3 years comparing these 2, i say the clippers.

let's go Nets!!! Knicks had a breakout game last night. Why can't they?

-I given up on the Raptors. Why are they playing so crappy?

-I am still riding the clippers/bucks train all the way to the playoffs The clippers will def need a winning record when the time comes. KAMAN!!!!

-Anyone happy for Iverson back on the 76ers? Time to give up your starting spot for the almighty If he can keep up with the young talent I see why not let him but then again I don't miss the 30+ shots game when they won or lost.

i like the raptors future building around bosh, calderon, and bragnani. i like bragnani's future with the raptors. he can be a very serious threat in the near future. he has enough game to match up with the other bigs. he just needs to add fuel to his fire.

i've given up on the grizzlies. i felt they had a lot of hidden talent that was going to be unleashed, but i was wrong. they do have a lot of talent on the team, but the problem is they don't have the right coach. they were heading the right direction with hubie brown as coach, but once he quit, the whole team went back down the toilet.

i just got to say. it's tough being a western conference team.

When they moved to memphis just as oaklahoma its like they became a new NBA team and they will need a few solid seasons to really showup on the map. The grizzlies still have a young team with talent but if they all "stay together" in a year or two can be in the playoff picture.

as known as: follow the atlanta hawks formula.

they put up 146 on the raptors at home. i think atlanta, talentwise, is better than orlando and cleveland, and almost up to par with boston. we can't really judge at the moment, since it's only december, but boston's 7-1 road record puts them above atlanta in my opinion.

congrats to the nets. 18 consecutive losses to start the season.

just think. 2 years ago today, we considered the hawks the sorriest franchise who could never win. they start winning a couple of games, and get bibby before the trade deadline. push the celtics to 7 games before losing in the 08 playoffs. make it to the conf semis in 2009. now one of the top teams in the nba this year. amazing.

what you posted has messed up??

Iverson has come back. Now its up to the coach to give him minutes as long as he deserves them. I hope he does not cry if he does not start ever!!Older players still got game but its after the game when they will feel the burn from all the years they used their bodies constantly.

I bet at this moment MJ could still play with the rest. Probably avg 11P/4R/2-3A. He would need some rest bewteen games so it would not be worth it for him to stay as anyone in their late 30+ such as shaq. Teams are getting fed up with him just being a precence more off the court than on. How many teams wanna pay shaq 200,000 to miss a game as per his 20 mill salary?

In the end I don't care if Iverson averages 1 pt or 40 pts. If the Sixers don't start winning then it was a waste. They need winners and will see what happnes. Give until all-star break to see some results if they are back in playoff contention.
