what we need is some big corporation with infinite funds to help us in our fight.

since that's never gonna happen......

seriously tho', if they try and sue individuals, they aint gonna get far.

You will find live sets are illegal too, any thing recorded can be listened to once and then must be got rid of, unless of course you contact the radio/TV station and ask them if you can keep the recording. distributing Radio sets is the same as full albums BUT record companies dont care about Radio sets because the are not selling them so their little doller signs are not affected.

Hope this helps....

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Are the RIAA the stupidest people ever? They may as well bang their head against a brick wall rather than trying to stop mp3 sharing.

So while the third world are starving and in need of food and any money the RIAA are spending millions on sueing individuals (if they do imagine how clogged up the courts will be! They will never get through all the cases and how the hell do they know who you are anyway from online? Theya re pathetic!) so that the greedy record companies who care only about money and not the music can continue t bathe in cash. And artists like Metallica can fuck off!

I can't wait till the RIAA goes
"Ahhh shit we can't win they're too many of them! We give up. Now what else can we waste our dumptrucks of money on?"

That day I will dance and sing and have a merry old time. But I doubt it will happen.

Sueing individuals. Good luck wankers! Stupidest thing I've ever fricken heard!

I think they're more worried about the fact that you are letting other people download it for free, not necessarily if you did.
